Substance Abuse Partial Hospitalization Program (SA PHP)

MindSet’s Substance Abuse Partial Hospitalization Program (SA PHP) is a highly structured ASAM Level 2.5 program designed to provide comprehensive support for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Our program integrates Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW), Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC), and Peer Recovery Specialists (RPRS) to deliver 20 hours of clinical therapy per week, including:

• Group Therapy – Peer-supported sessions to promote shared healing and accountability.
• Individual Therapy – One-on-one counseling for personalized recovery strategies.
• Family Therapy – Rebuilding relationships and fostering a supportive home environment.

Beyond therapy, our SA PHP offers a therapeutic and rehabilitative environment that includes:

• Integrated Psychiatric & Medical Treatment – Addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – Supporting recovery through evidence-based medication options.
• Primary Medical Care (PCP) – Ensuring overall physical well-being during recovery.
• Recovery Support Services – Providing resources and guidance for sustained sobriety.

24/7 Support & Crisis Intervention

Understanding that recovery doesn’t follow a schedule, our dedicated SA PHP staff are available 24/7 to provide Crisis Intervention Services outside of daily program hours. At MindSet, we are committed to walking with you every step of the way toward long-term recovery.
