Dedicated in-home support for youth and families
Our Intensive In-Home (IIH) services offer critical, home-based therapeutic interventions for youth aged 21 and under. These services enhance family dynamics and interpersonal relationships within the home environment, focusing on modeling and clinical interventions. The goal is to foster functional and therapeutic relationships among family members, promoting psychoeducational benefits to keep the child or adolescent integrated with their family.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Youth experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral illnesses that significantly impair major life activities.
- Challenges in establishing or maintaining normal interpersonal relationships
- Displaying inappropriate behavior or an inability to recognize personal danger
- Exhibiting significantly inappropriate social behavior
- At risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement
- Requires participation from at least one parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult in the home
These services are tailored to provide comprehensive support to youth in need, ensuring they receive the necessary care within their community and family setting.
