Building skills for independent, healthy living
Our Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) services provide goal-directed training and support for individuals aged 18 and over. We focus on encouraging and supporting independence at home and in the community. Through an individualized service plan, we offer ongoing support and guidance, with qualified mental health professionals visiting several times a week. We aim to address skill deficits that hinder individuals from reaching their full potential.
